  • Veilli does not store or share card information with third parties.

Fraud Prevention

  • Orders placed with stolen cards or unauthorized payment details will be cancelled.

  • Customers attempting chargeback fraud or double refund claims after delivery will be:

    • Permanently blacklisted.

    • Reported to payment gateways and UAE law enforcement.

    • Subject to recovery of damages through legal action.

Cash on Delivery Terms

  • Full payment must be made at delivery.

  • Unjustified COD refusal may result in:
